Down to Earth Dilleys

This family is so down to earth and real. It's amazing. Six 12 yr olds, who appear rational, REAL, together. I've seen a number of these shows - multiple kids and how their folks deal. The discipline and motivation methods of these parents were a brilliant system of charts and rewards and viewing their kids through understanding and clear lenses. The kids are each allowed and encouraged to be individuals.

KUDOS to the Dilley Parents for raising such grounded people. I was amazed at the lack of Drama yet open communication. Thanks for sharing your story!
