The Fountain

In his first life, he seeks the Tree. He finds it. He consumes it. Is reborn. Is consumed by the Tree. Healthy Queen sends him on this quest.

In his second life, he seek the essence of the Tree. His wife will transform into a Tree. Devotion to ill wife sends him on this quest.

In his third life, the Tree is consumed. It has a meager response to him, but then leaves him, just before reaching Salvation. As his wife did in the previous life. Devotion to the past ties him, tattoos him, marks him until he releases the tree, raising his consciousness. And merging with the nebula, death, place of rebirth, acceptance of wife's death, planting her seed, being consumed by the Tree of Life.

Inquisition threatened the health of the Queendom. Cancer threatened the health of his wife. ________ (?his slow, yet reverential, feeding off of the Tree) killed it, yet with its release, he was released.
