Alas, this is the first time in a few yrs that the european press has not picked up my pancake pic... So, we'll celebrate someone else's pic.
Great set of recipes and Pancake history -- Last yr's Wiltshire recipe, if I recall, was a very delicate yummy crepe. Will have to try these. I like the diversity & International flavour of this years listings. Cheers to all you Pancake Eaters!
